Steady Beat - Tonic Herbal Tea Blend
A nourishing & centering tea blend formulated with tonic herbs to keep you rockin’ steady every day. This tasty tea features mineral rich Nettles & Milky Oats with energizing Tulsi, moistening Basswood, heart-centering Motherwort and Calendula. All ingredients are grown at or foraged from the fields and woods surrounding Goldenrose Gardens.
Ingredients: Temperate Tulsi (Ocimum africanum) leaf and flower†, Milky Oat (Avena sativa) tops†, Nettle (Urtica dioica) leaf†, Basswood (Tilia americana) blossom†, Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca)† & Calendula (Calendula officinal) blossom†.
Suggested Use: Steep 1 heaping Tbsp per cup of water for 15 min (or longer i.e. an hour or even overnight to extract maximum mineral content). Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste. Enjoy!
Tea may be re-steeped for a second, milder brew.
