Ingredients: Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf†, Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) blossom†, Wood Betony (Stachys officinalis) leaf and flower†, Meadowsweet (Filipendula ulmaria) flowering tops**, Orange (Citrus x sinensis) peel^ & Mexican Mint Marigold (Tagetes lucida) leaf and flower†.
Suggested Use: Steep 1 heaping Tbsp per cup of water for 5-15 min. Tea will become more bitter with longer steeping, but more effective for digestive support.* Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste. Enjoy!
Tea may be re-steeped for a second, milder brew.
